We have partnered with amazing vendors to build affordable, Inclusive packages that best serve our couples. All of our packages below are customizable and include heated and covered reception area, bridal room, several ceremony areas, tables, chairs, decor, cocktail bar, green wall, and ceremony arbors along with break down and clean up! 

SaturdayWedding

Saturday until Midnight

Seasonal Packages Price Range: $2,500-$3,990

*Includes among other things:​

  • Decorator.

  • Decorations including centerpieces, candles, lanterns, etc.

  • Choice of ceremony arbor, arch, and drapes.

  • Planning assistance.

  • Day of coordinator.

  • Setup and Cleanup

  • Walk through rehearsal on an available evening before.

  • ​Bridal room.  

  • Tables and chairs.

  • Table linens.

  • Choice of plate chargers.

  • Photo green or floral wall.

  • What is included in your wedding packages?
    All our wedding packages include the venue rental, tables, chairs, linens, access to our extensive décor inventory, professional decorating services, and day-of coordination. We provide setup and cleanup services so you can focus on enjoying your day.
  • Is Whispering Winds an indoor or outdoor venue?
    We are primarily an outdoor venue with a large covered pavilion. The pavilion has a huge front porch and there's an enormous decking system surrounding it. While we have covered areas to protect from light rain or sun, we do not have fully enclosed indoor spaces.
  • How many guests can Whispering Winds accommodate?
    Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests. We also host intimate weddings and elopements for as few as 15 guests.
  • How far are you from Birmingham?
    We're located approximately 30 minutes from downtown Birmingham in a peaceful, rural setting that feels worlds away from the city while remaining conveniently accessible.
  • Do you have a bridal suite for getting ready?
    Yes, we have a beautiful Bride's room where the bridal party can prepare for the ceremony. This space is included in all our wedding packages.
  • Do you host events other than weddings?
    Absolutely! We host corporate events, reunions, quinceañeras, proms, celebration of life services, holiday parties, anniversary celebrations, and special birthdays. Our venue is versatile enough for many different types of gatherings.
  • Can we choose our own vendors?
    Yes, you're welcome to bring in the vendors of your choice. We can also provide a list of recommended vendors who are familiar with our venue if you'd like suggestions.
